Maygrove Village is a Hopper Living Retirement Lifestyle Village located in Orewa, just a short walk from Orewa Estuary and five minutes’ drive from Orewa Town Centre. It welcomes residents aged 55 and older, making it ideal for those who are still working but wish to enjoy the benefits of living in a retirement village, such as a low-maintenance lifestyle and close-knit community.
There are three accommodation types at Maygrove Village – villas, apartments, and terraced units. Villas are available in two or three bedroom configurations and all have two bathrooms. Apartments are one, two or three bedrooms. Terraced units are all two bedrooms with one bathroom.
Life at Maygrove Village can be as independent or social as you choose. Onsite facilities include a restaurant, library, indoor heated pool & spa, fitness centre, golf putting green, petanque court, and communal gardens. The Social Committee also organises regular events, including the popular Friday night fish and chip dinner.
Established in 2001, Maygrove Village is a welcoming gated community close to Orewa and all this coastal location has to offer. With a variety of accommodation options and numerous facilities, here you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable retirement.
