We are the best value, with affordable options in Auckland Central! We’d love you to enjoy your senior years (65+) in a community where you feel safe, make friends and have a variety of activities and events to be involved with ~ lovely morning teas, lively happy hours, fun games, delightful company and even a dip in the pool or spa.
Minutes from the Northwestern Motorway, and a short walk to Avondale’s main shopping strip and the train station, Rosehill Gardens is easily accessible.
For full independence our spacious 2 bed villas (from 94sqm) offer plenty of storage, garaging and garden area with clothesline, or enjoy the comforts of cleaning, linen washes and daily wellness checks in our 1 bed apartments and studios.
Meals are available from Avondale Lifecare, our sister care home, who offer a continuum of care with a rest home, hospital and dementia unit. This is less than a minute away with an accessway joining the village and care home.

Dedicated, compassionate and personal staff truly care for our residents. With on-site maintenance, grounds and cleaning staff at the village, the emergency call bell system is manned by the registered nurses at Avondale Lifecare.
