Outstanding Position
5 / 5 ★An outstanding position in Paraparaumu; only 10 mins walk to town central mall. Decent sized villas and good surroundings; - we look out on lawn & trees/shrubs. Not a village with units jammed together!

Great service and activities
4 / 5 ★Great service from the office when required. Bus for shopping twice per week is a 'Godsend' especially now that I won't drive in the busy lanes to shop. Plenty of enjoyable interests to take part in - indoors and out. (Some great Concerts!).

3 / 5 ★[In my opinion] Carpets in leisure centre and dining room are very dirty - really dirty. Management has been told over several years, still the same. New carpet years over due!! Blinds/curtains also very poor!!
