Excellent care and activities
5 / 5 ★A small (20 Villa) Complex where all residents are treated with respect, concerns raised are promptly attended to, and residents are able to participate in the home activities. Meals are available from the home and personally delivered to the residents.

4 / 5 ★We acknowledge that buildings are over 50 years old and that the owners are ‘not for profit’, but we need windows to be replaced to at least double pane glass.
Park Like Surrounds
4 / 5 ★Main positive is that there are only 20 villas. We all know one another but don't have to live in each other's pockets. While the complex is some 40+ years old their style and parklike surrounds and still current and desirable. I think the cost/charges are fair and reasonable for what we have - the current 'Retirement Villages Act' and exit repayment matters are another issue altogether!

4 / 5 ★Would like local management to push for requests to be actioned in a prompt and professional manner. Need more contact with Senior staff eg. Property Manager. (Have yet to meet, although have requested.)

3 / 5 ★A dated but pleasant small village. Nice grounds (one of the main reasons for coming here). Not enough car parks.
