Very caring staff
4 / 5 ★Very caring staff in the dementia unit in recent months, trying to meet needs of my husband. Also very alert to my welfare in an apartment.

4 / 5 ★That we are listened to then something is done or a definite answer be given and then TOTALLY IGNORED. Requests are not trivial. We still have to get the 'OK' given if we get someone in & pay for the jobs to be done.

Warm, Roomy Units
3 / 5 ★Friday drinks in 'the hanger' with other residents very good - but we mainly organise this ourselves. Thought there would be more organised activities by village, although appreciate the 'Friday shout' once a month. Looking forward to a van for outings and for when the extra facilities eg. movie theatre etc. will be built.
