5 / 5 ★Our experience since arriving here has been very positive. We fully agree with the 4 Pillars Bill, and agree that residents should not have to pay maintenance on defective areas on the building or chattels.
I Love It Here
5 / 5 ★I love it here. Our property can be locked up with peace knowing there is 24 hour security. We do not have to worry about the garden as it is all done for you. There is plenty of activities to do. You can do as much or as little as you want.

B. The downside is maintenance clause and the annual increase of 2.5% or the CPA (whichever is higher).<br />
C. I welcome the amendment to the current bill, but I do not agree to operator exemption if the property is a Capital Gain model.

4 / 5 ★Pool became very popular and another table was requested - we now have two pool tables (excellent result) in a short time. <br />
The village van has inadequate seating due to getting seat belts on and off. Management say there is no safety risk however residents disagree. No change.
