Our village centre is the heart of our village, providing a multi-purpose community hub. Featuring spacious resident lounges and a stylish dining room and library, it includes a range of resort-style facilities including a café, bar, hair and beauty salon, indoor pool and spa. The village centre is also home to our fully-certified care centre and industry-leading memory care centre, specially designed for those living with dementia.

Great neighbours + friends
5 / 5 ★Since moving into our Villa 15 mths ago, we have great neighbours + friends, alway happy along with all the staff. Cafe worker, our manager + office staff go the extra mile to make sure all residents are happy + pleased to sort out issues if they arise. We love living in our village, could not ask for a better place to be.

Review of trying to leave the village
3 / 5 ★Trying to leave is impossible.As one's money is tied up in a dwelling you don't own,and the operator insists on having to sell your vacated dwelling before you can be paid out your money,means you cannot under normal financial conditions purchase another home.Suggesting you rent until they pay out is not practical as rent money is wasted,so you have less to purchase a new home.

3 / 5 ★No Positives[in my opinion] except cheap EV chargers. [I feel like] we cannot leave because of the payout delays up to 9 months as advised by manager. [I feel like] the villas are too small with little storage (3 bedroom). Too restrictive - must get manager's permission to do most things to villa. Must have village power company. (eds.)

I find financial model disgraceful
1 / 5 ★[In my opinion] there is nothing here that most others have. [I find ] the financial model is disgraceful. Once in a village it is almost impossible to leave because of payout of capital delay. [In my opinion] purchase of "ORA" is a farce, an elaborate scheme similar to a Ponzi scheme. Government needs to repeal the Retirement Villages Act and rewrite it with massive resident input. (edited)
