Great vibrant atmosphere
4 / 5 ★Change of management staff and increase in village residents has achieved a great, vibrant atmosphere. Fortunate to have lots of improvements – lawns, gardens, and community centre – beautiful. Approachable, caring, friendly, supportive staff. Wonderful atmosphere among village residents.
No on call maintenance staff for emergencies

4 / 5 ★The newer villages sometimes allow the capital gain / fixed weekly or monthly fees. Summerset does not offer these. As soon as we get an increase in our pension our fees increase as per the ORA. Refurbishment of villas has recently been pushed from 10 to 15 years. Newer villages offer extra chattels as incentive to buy. Many Summerset Villas empty as a result.
