Staff Caring But Slow Response Times
3 / 5 ★Staff are all caring but [I feel] they are short on staff in all areas. [In my experience] you have to wait weeks to get a response. I've been here 5 months and am still waiting for pictures to be put up on walls. The village doesn't allow us to do this work. I needed a new heat pump and waited two months before something was done. (edited)
