The gardens are a joy to behold
5 / 5 ★I love living here, I tell this to every one, the staff are loving & will do any thing for us. It really is like one huge family, also to be private if you so wish, the gardens are a joy to behold and beautifully cared for by lovely team of gardeners.

4 / 5 ★get younger residents in, with the current policy of over 80's, then there is noone coming in to act as Instructors. Some activities have either closed or suffering decline in numbers with those Instructors getting tired. THIS URGENT.

3 / 5 ★Residents are super friendly, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. Gardens are well maintained - create a very pleasant atmosphere. Great handyman. Too much maintenance cost put on to residents - [it feels like there is a ]reluctance to shift or even review policy. [In my opinion] those who came pre-Covid are paying inflated prices to maintain/replace 10 yr old appliances. [I fell like the]promised on-site care facilities inadequate. (eds)
