5 / 5 ★Pleasant, well located place. Friendly residents and staff. We are able to have our medium sized dog here and fence an area for him at our extra expense.

4 / 5 ★Manager puts down anyone who speaks up to him - elder abuse. He lacks empathy. This is our home and had choice of what interior was like.
We really enjoy this village and it's inhabitants. However, the manager lacks empathy and responds badly to any criticism. Sees it as a money making facility for him!

Most Residents Friendly, Caring
3 / 5 ★A little respect and compassion for residents would be appreciated, although some come here can't afford the costs and others not well enough to cope would be more comfortable in a rest home situation.

We feel quite sad that this person is not enjoying life in the village. Please feel free to approach us and talk this through. Our values are respect for our residents, integrity in our actions, honesty in our dealings and care for our residents. If we can help in any way we will do what we can. We know from a recent survey that the vast majority do enjoy the village . But also we know that village life is not for everyone. Thankfully in a village where the resident gets the capital gain it does still leave options.
