I have been a resident of this village for 4 1/2 years and can commend the way
5 / 5 ★I have been a resident of this village for 4 1/2 years and can commend the way it is run. It has been led from the top by a very caring and empathetic manager who has guided all his staff to be the same. We have a very caring and happy, friendly atmosphere. No need for the elderly to be lonely in our village!

3 / 5 ★Overall, I am content but very disappointed. Re when I came here,[I expected] gardens and lawns would be attended to but slowly deteriorating due to? [in my opinion a]Lack of staff or don't know much about gardening. (eds)

2 / 5 ★If I move correctly was in the serviced apartments category my comments may lift 1-2 stars! Transport to and from Papakura & shops is problematic and management could be more proactive for 1, 2 and some 3.

2 / 5 ★[I feel] [eds] communal changing rooms in swimming pool area to be designated MALE or FEMALE. Presently, anyone can use either changing room. No privacy whatsoever! Appalling! Residents Committee should NOT use a resident to audit their books.
