5 / 5 ★I am enjoying my life here.
Friendly atmosphere
4 / 5 ★They could be more efficient at running the village.
Plenty of activities to be involved with
4 / 5 ★Plenty of activities to be involved with. Great social activities organised by activities leader. Friendly, caring community. Amazing cafe - food, drinks, staff.
Happy with all things in general
4 / 5 ★I am quite happy with all things in general. Staff do their best. Common sense & patience are needed, at times that's life.
Enjoyable living and community
4 / 5 ★Really enjoy living here, very supportive environment and friendly community of peers.
Modern and spacious villa
4 / 5 ★Villa is modern and spacious, apart from small single garage. everything is very accesible.
Independent Living
3 / 5 ★Residents, staff and facilities are all in a major life changing experience. 'Me too' at 88, but Summerset policies over emphasise money ahead of people- people-people. Let's all work together.
Meals are so disappointing
2 / 5 ★Meals are so disappointing. If they were improved I would be so happy here. It has lots going for it except for the meals.
We don't receive what we pay for
2 / 5 ★[In my opinion] we don't receive what we pay for in our fees (weekly). For example: window cleaning has not been done for 12 months. Last done May last year.
