Not Happy with Care :-(
2 / 5 ★I feel it very disturbing that Staff pass the blame on others when things should have been picked up and reported at the time. My Dad's legs would not have gotten to the state that they did if they had of been using the creme that was specifically for his legs. He also had a fall and broke his hip, again staff tried to say that my Dad had moved the matt that alerts them that he is out of bed. In my and his Doctor at the hospitals opinion, he was far too frail to be able to do that himself.
