5 / 5 ★Living here has vastly exceeded my wife's and my expectations. The exceptional management and staff, lovely living conditions in a warm, comfortable villa, a wide range of events, activities on offer. Just like living in a luxury resort!

3 / 5 ★[In my opinion] there is no suitable bus as ours has had the lift taken out. An aging village with the older infirm residents unable to go on any outings. [I feel like there are]several very clicky groups. [In my opinion]one of the reception team is abrupt. [It seems like] the cafe is often closed. [In my opinion] welfare concerns are poor. Nice views and gardens. (edited)

3 / 5 ★Bus and spa pool unsuitable for the elderly and/or disabled. Receptionist very abrupt. Some staff friendly and caring and some not so.

3 / 5 ★No help for the disabled. Lift taken out of bus. Gardens going downhill. Very abrupt receptionist. Clicky groups. [in my opinion](eds.) There are some very nice people here if you can find them.
