The best decision my husband and I made
5 / 5 ★The best decision my husband and I made. We had looked at quite a few villages both here in Nth Canterbury and Auckland but decided to make the move down. Our daughter lives just up the road. The friendliness and warmth of our fellow residents is just awesome. New friends and a feeling of belonging - lovely staff. I feel we are the best kept secret on how a Retirement Village should be.

The Sterling does not disappoint
4 / 5 ★The S.R.V. is the perfect place for us as we enter older age - 88 + 80. We do not have to do any gardening, so a more caring community minded village is ideal & the Sterling does not disappoint. Our villa is easy care and well equipped; our village amenities and friends are easy to access, giving us all the support including an excellent emergency + information system.
