3 / 5 ★If management think they need to make changes maybe getting buy-in from residents would be a good idea. A lot of residents (especially ones that have been here a number of years) are very unhappy.

Not as good as it was
3 / 5 ★Management need to be more responsive and inclusive to both residents and on site staff. Management does not always know best. What works at another village might not work at this village.
