Care in Levin Madison
3 / 5 ★Audrey slept in her lazy boy for nearly 2 years as she found the mattresses so uncomfortable. Rules said must have a hospital bed. Why?. Her only falls were when none assisted her to the toilet. Being told to just wee in your night pad because nurse is busy. Knowing Audrey liked to be washed or showered at 7 am was too bad. So sitting in a night pad or having to change it herself and not being able to position it properly meant leaking everywhere. Not being attended to till 11 am.

3 / 5 ★No one available to answer phone evenings/ weekends except nurses who are very busy. No trades people used weekends or public holidays.
