Beautiful place to live
4 / 5 ★A beautiful place to live. Quality restaurant & cafe. Team fabulous - help whenever needed. Family atmosphere. I did take time to adjust to village life - but love the security and fab friends made.

No capital gain don’t enter
2 / 5 ★Onsite manager has no control as overridden by Owner in Christchurch & he is only interested in turnover of villas & not occupiers interest at all, it’s a numbers game $$$$$$$$.
Independent Living
2 / 5 ★A key component that neds rectifying is the NIL Capital gains issue where 99% of NZ Villages get NIL. Our village PCV not only takes 30% of the original purchase price and then all the capital gain which needs to be shared 60/40 to the incumbent.
Choir is Great
2 / 5 ★Bowls good. Choir is great. Very slow anything to do with villa and made to feel you are a pain. Never right from very beginning so been a battle. Good walking group. Rummy Cub groups great.
