Good food, helpful staff
4 / 5 ★It depends on what a person wants, we do not have serviced units. We do not have Tennis Courts or out-door Bowls. But we do have a Putting green & croquet lawn. The staff are generally Helpfull, New Manager. The food is very good, just I can't eat some things or don't like them.

4 / 5 ★Lots of good company, no need to be lonely. Plenty of activities going on. Too many cats and dogs that mess on the garden [in my opinion]. (eds.)

3 / 5 ★Flooding with heavy rain. Bark constantly on the path due to birds scratching in it. Barking dogs.
Only Activities Arranged by Villagers
2 / 5 ★Either no staff or staff incompetent (in my opinion). No activities unless villagers arrange themselves. Now charged for assistance $15 for 15 minutes. [In my opinion] the lifestyle was totally oversold by the sales person. Fortunately I like my villa and can still drive out!!! (eds.)
Feel Like Resident's Voice Not Heard
2 / 5 ★[I feel like there have been ] too many changes. i.e. - grass, gardeners now just chop all trees, charged for repairs and maintenance. [I feel that] residents voices are not heard about any topic that's very important to us. We are told - not discussed. (eds.)
