I love living here
5 / 5 ★Love living here - the village community is able to organise so many activities, including free use of the van for residents. You can be as involved or un-involved as you please.
Quick Review
5 / 5 ★Excellent management, active village social life and activities
Enjoying our lifestyle village
4 / 5 ★I'm enjoying our lifestyle village especially now that I'm fully retired. I have been here 8 yrs together with my husband. Retirement / Lifestyle villages are not for everyone but it's perfectly suited to our needs. We love the location & the peace & quiet & security.
Get the Capital Gains
4 / 5 ★Change occupancy fee to a set sum each fortnight.
More of the same
4 / 5 ★Keep up the good work.
90% positive living here
4 / 5 ★Remember this is now our life. We are not at boarding school with a fussing headmistress.
Living in a Lifestyle village
3 / 5 ★Let those who love gardens, make and maintain gardens. If they can't do that any more, have a clause in the rules that in that case, the garden must be put back to easy care.
Friends all around
3 / 5 ★Just remember this is your business, but our life. Tread carefully when making rules, so we feel cared about, not at boarding school.
Lovely Neighbours
3 / 5 ★Let people plant, add additions have choice of what they want
Acoustics Bad
2 / 5 ★Respect your residents.
