We value resident feedback and regularly seek input through our Residents' Committee, surveys, meetings and direct conversations with our Village Team. While it isn't always possible to incorporate every suggestion into the planning and construction process, all feedback is carefully considered alongside operational, regulatory and design requirements.<br /> <br /> We also have established processes for raising concerns so they can be investigated and addressed promptly. We encourage any resident with outstanding issues to speak with the Village Manager directly, as we are committed to working together to find practical solutions wherever possible.

Residents also enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including discounted café purchases, a resident loyalty coffee card, and resident-only dining events and social activities throughout the year.<br /> <br /> We continue to monitor parking and other operational matters to ensure the Village remains enjoyable for everyone.
