Great Location Handy to Everything
5 / 5 ★Village is built next door to Whitby Mall New World store, doctors, dentists, physio, 7 day pharmacy and chiropractic clinic, Wish Cafe, Whitby Seafoods and Domino Pizza.

We Love Our Staff
4 / 5 ★The staff and residents get on very well. [I feel] that changes of ownership in very recent years have caused a bit of upset. [In my opinion] the owners need to have consultation earlier when making changes. "Fait accompli" doesn't work. We love our staff. (edited)

Still waiting on some promises to be fulfilled
3 / 5 ★Many promises made but not happened yet. [I feel] that (eds.) some residents are treated differently than others. Hard to understand why this is done. We are told that we are an independent living village but if we do something that management disagrees with [I feel that](eds.) we are treated with disrespect. We are now charged for repairs that are done to our properties. [In my experience](eds.) these are not done very quickly after requesting something be done.
