2 / 5 ★For 6 years all well - good local manager and no contact with board. Last 2 years since local manager resigned abruptly and new board took over major issues. They have changed from a social model (mission statement: Affordable housing for the elderly) to a commercial model. Monthly fees up 15%. Unit prices up approx $100,00. 4 Empty units all for more than 1 year - 1 for almost 2 years.
