4 / 5 ★The nursing, activities staff and Chef are awesome! We love leading singing Wednesdays in the care wing. A cell tower is a truly depressing focal point from our apartment lounge window. Mislead when change could have worked, we weretold it was temporary four years ago. We would NEVER have purchased here had we known we would be hemmed in by a rimu tree forest tree robbing our light and warmth! High power bills because of it! Duped!!!<br />

Excessive focus on profit over quality of life
1 / 5 ★I would not recommend that anyone move into Linda Jones. I have seen several smaller, much less well-funded retirement facilities which, [in my opinion,] outstrip Linda Jones in the quality of care they provide and the quality of life they enable by miles. For a start, I would ensure that the rest-home and hospital units are shifted so that people have easy access to the outside. It is basic mental health that people need fresh air and access to nature, yet [in my experience, residents in these services have very limited access to these.]
