Survey for Retirees in Resident Villages
5 / 5 ★Ocean Shores Village has a larger than the rest of the Villages larger th rooms and overall acrea of living with wider roads. It is close to the safe and sandy beach and its location is the nest in NZ all year round. Ranks Tops from any other Village in NZ with no Rest Home or Hosipital meaning for still active Residents

4 / 5 ★External one off trips in the Village bus - not all of them appear to be notified to all residents. It would be useful to have information about them so all residents are given the opportunity to register interest, not just those who are in the know.

4 / 5 ★The construction of Villas excels. I grow a vast variety of things. There are a number of lovely staff [who] know every ones names.

3 / 5 ★We enjoy living here but are very disappointed at how the rules have changed. It is an independent living home, but now we have more people coming in dependent on caregivers so it's slowly turning into a nursing home/rest home status.
