Superb Village and Environment
5 / 5 ★A superb village and environment in every way. Am super happy here.

5 / 5 ★On vacating the Villa payout should be no later the 3 months.
Positive Village Atmosphere Overall
5 / 5 ★Quite a few activities are resident driven through committees and duties eg - dishwashing set up after socials are more or less expected. That has pluses and minuses and isn't explained to new residents. A very positive atmosphere in the village overall. Management support resident initiatives. A cottage for family to stay in when visiting would be good.

4 / 5 ★The independent living has a real "village" atmosphere with villas, having a private non evasive outlook. Establishment of trees and gardens give a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Management and helpful as are other staff.

4 / 5 ★A very pleasant place to live. Lovely shrubbery and gardens. Villas are pleasant with open plan living and two bedrooms. There is a garage. It is quiet and supermarkets are relatively close.

3 / 5 ★Management are not at all pro active about changes and [in my opinion] don't have the residents experience/well being as No 1! I feel I live in an " independent villa" and will be quite different from care - re staff. (eds.)

[In my opinion there has been a] lack of followup up to questions asked eg - specifics on monthly invoices and receipts; inadequacy of bathroom; [I feel like the] change of ownership of village has led to poor gardening service and potential change of monthly costings.
