Makes me feel safe
4 / 5 ★Living here makes me feel safe and there is always someone to talk to. Our village is close to a supermarket and a bus stop so it is easy to get around and still enjoy activities away from the village.

3 / 5 ★A counsellor type person available for consultation would be a help. There is progressive loss in ageing eg driving licence, health issues, independence lessening loss.

3 / 5 ★On the whole I enjoy living here despite the constantly changing staff. Some are/have been five star! Frustrations for me have been only one outdoor tap situated by garage a long way from outdoor garden and potted plants. Not permitted to take mobility scooter into main building. No small area where groups can eg. listen to reading, and poor overall acoustics. Only toilet situated in bathroom.
