3 / 5 ★Sadly [in my opinion] what were sold has not been delivered. [I think] the village is too big for the facilities. We have very little in the way of entertainment. Suggestions have been made for events with little response. Rules seem to have changed dramatically since we moved. Would not move in now. (edited)

3 / 5 ★In the early days many building faults were evident. [I feel] These remained uncorrected. [I think] many villagers ending up repairing the faults themselves at their own expense. These included shower door leaks, IT connections not wired correctly, garage doors not working correctly - others too.
