Our village centre is the heart of our village, providing a multi-purpose community hub. Featuring spacious resident lounges and a stylish dining room and library, it includes a range of resort-style facilities including a café, bar, hair and beauty salon, indoor pool and spa. The village centre is also home to our fully-certified care centre and memory care centre, specially designed for those living with dementia.

At Summerset Mount Denby our range of indoor and outdoor facilities means you'll always have something to do, no matter what the weather. And, if you're keen to get involved, our on-site Activities Coordinator will make sure there's always a calendar of events and activities to keep you entertained.
Onsite we have our very own Divine Café and in-house catering, offering contemporary menus prepared on site with wholesome, seasonal, fresh, locally grown produce.

Main Building Way Behind Schedule
4 / 5 ★I feel like management have a way of making you feel inferior, and that some residents are afraid to complain for fear of retaliation. When signing my ORA I was assured the main building would be completed mid 2024 but it is still not complete. The company has refused to reduce fees for those affected. In many cases this has caused untold stress. (edited)

2 / 5 ★[I feel] The lack of support and hospital specialist services has caused my husband and I significant stress and trauma, affecting our mental and emotional well-being. The main complex with all the above services should be built first, then the units to avoid the above. As for our age, this is the humane thing to do and is ethical.
