5 / 5 ★People complain but it is just older people! It's good, near the shops, the park, and the community. Nice people live here, good neighbours.

3 / 5 ★There needs to be a change of management style; more listening, more responsiveness to residents' input, a greater emphasis on effectiveness in action.

3 / 5 ★Better provision space/equip for real activities would be welcome. eg art/crafts. The property is well managed, but that appears to be the main priority when compared to meeting the needs of people residing here. Poor information. There is a general feeling of dissatisfaction with communication / responsiveness of manager. Requests seldom meet a positive or timely answer - a rather 'aloof' top-down style (maybe reflection of Arvida policy). [in my opinion](eds.)
