Review for Bupa Crofton Downs
5 / 5 ★Compact and comfortable includes option for on site garage.
Why I like where I am
5 / 5 ★No, not really as I believe all praise or any criticism should be taken direct to them by us.
Great place to live
5 / 5 ★See negatives
Positive Retirement Village Move
5 / 5 ★Our move to this retirement village has been very positive
Good to be here
4 / 5 ★Good to be here.
Feels Understaffed
4 / 5 ★The village feels to be understaffed. They are run off their feet all the time and then if someone is sick or away for any reason there seems to be no real backup.
Friendly and Caring Community
4 / 5 ★Beautiful two year old village and care home, privacy possible, discount on power bills, good communal facilities, close to transport, friendly and caring community.
All that we could hope for
4 / 5 ★All that we could hope for.
Communication is excellent
4 / 5 ★I like that Bupa Crofton Downs is comparatively small. Other residents are friendly, kind and thoughtful without being intrusive. Communication from the management is excellent.
It is a good size
4 / 5 ★Bupa Crofton is a good size so meeting other residents is fairly easy. I know many other homes for seniors are enormous and it would be hard to properly know other folk.
