Caring, supportive, fun staff
5 / 5 ★I appreciate the caring supportive fun staff. I can not believe they can remember everyone's name a greet them. There are so many social fun gatherings if you want to join in. eg. at Easter - an Easter Bunny at my door with a basket of Easter eggs. The best decision I ever made to move here.
Very happy and secure living
5 / 5 ★I am very happy living here. I feel very secure. There are enough activities for me to choose from. There are resident initiated activities which enhance what is already provided. Putt putt competition, quilting group. With more to come hopefully.
Excellent villas, staff, and activities
5 / 5 ★Excellently built villas. Excellent staff. Great residents. V.G. value for money. V.G. facilities. Many activities to choose from.
Waiting for hearing aid loop
4 / 5 ★Still waiting for a "loop" to be installed in the centre building which would help people who have hearing aids - (which would be most people here).
Staff Eager to Please
4 / 5 ★My earliest experiences were very disappointing. Poor meals. Problems not addressed. However everything improved markedly since then, staff very eager to please. My wife has dementia . Has had loving care.
