Staff Caring and Knowledgeable
5 / 5 ★I find the staff very caring and knowledgeable. There's always things to do. Staff are on top of things that need doing. Our cafe staff and food are excellent and our village is close to parks, shops, doctors and main roads to go anywhere. We also have a resthome and hospital, nurses, hairdresser, physio. I love it here.

Improve movements of noisy service vehicles in early hours. Increase stimulation for room bound occupants - music/conversations.<br />
This is a local facility - visualised and fundraised for locals. We have many from outside the area - locals unaware of how 'their' facility is being sold out from under them - and Resthaven too keen for the finance.

Very Little Support
2 / 5 ★We need heat pump in gym. We need more generous funds for printing social committee's reviews. We need a swimming pool long enough to walk or swim lengths. We need to know the lines of communication between management and residents. The only activities are organised by the residents' social committee. These are excellent.
