I love living in this village
5 / 5 ★I love living in this village. There are lots of activities to join in. Friendly staff and residents. We are kept well informed as to what is going on in our village.

5 / 5 ★1, I don't have meals here so can only comment on functions. 2. Need rules regarding cats as pets.
Excellent Experience
4 / 5 ★I have found living at Jean Sandel an excellent experience but it took several months to feel at home. There are always times when there can be clashes of personality no matter where i lives. A resident may mix with others as much or little as desired.
Environment Great
4 / 5 ★The staff at reception and nursing staff are the best. The gardens, residents environment are great. I love my townhouse, the sales manager was + is wonderful.

4 / 5 ★Was a good decision to be here - my husband passed away 4 years ago. Many changes of staff etc over time which sometimes makes life a little difficult - language and personalities to understand.

3 / 5 ★I have watched the standard of care drop dramatically. Poorly trained staff with turn-over of them unbelievable. More thought to saving money than residents welfare. I know many are doing their best, but they get overworked and we suffer. I feel so sad that something so good is being undermined in so many ways. I can't complain to anyone here - they ignore us.
