4 / 5 ★Overall happy here in this village. Only concern is security as not gated making it easy for opportunists to take advantage of situation.

3 / 5 ★Too much uncertainty with pool, roof and other amenities reaching 25+ years with some reroofing, maintenance, requiring restoration. Catering no professional or value for money.
