Lovely friendly family village

5 / 5 ★Lived here 11 years. Experienced village development from 30 villas to 60 villas. New recreation centre to cater for the number of residents. Participated with management on sub projects for improvements within the village, maintenance of buildings (paint and cleaning) is kept up to date. Currently working on emergency evacuation process for residents.

5 / 5 ★Very good and helpful management team. An overall fairness by all villages and their charges. This would only create more people wanting to purchase and provide a steady income to owners.

5 / 5 ★Our Management is extremely cooperative and gives us residents a "Fair go" at independent living, our villas are maintained very well, painted and cared for as the maintenance schedule decrees. Excellent AGM and Monthly resident meetings with every opportunity given for discussions on any "problems" identified. Action points are completed within the time agreed to.

4 / 5 ★Positive talk from management always but slow response to any action. All our ORA's should be the same. We have no idea what our neighbours are like. Mine is 12 yrs old.

3 / 5 ★My greatest difficulty is the very large Pohutukawa trees and the leaf drop from these and managements lack of response and/or action re these.
