Positive experience at Mayfair Village
5 / 5 ★I have been in Mayfair Village for 3.5 yrs. I live in a Villa which is very well built, very light and warm in winter with a good amount of sunlight coming in. As I am down the back of the Village is very private (except at moment our apts are being renovated) a necessary move.

4 / 5 ★This is independent living for capable people who need to be willing to participate within the village. It is wise not to leave it too late in age to move in as you wont get the benefits and value if living here if you are on the cusp of fragility.
Undergoing major renovations
4 / 5 ★Great village but currently undergoing major renovations / refurbishing which is affecting several of our recreational ands social activities for the next 2-3 years

3 / 5 ★[In my opinion there is] very poor management, [who appear] not to listen or care. Residents do all the entertainment - little input from owners. No compensation for reduced facilities during rebuilt. Other staff try hard but [in my opinion] can't compensate for poor management. [In my opinion there is] lots of poor, misleading advertising at present. (edited)
