Friendly, responsive, and social
5 / 5 ★Very friendly & welcoming. Management are very responsive. Love the morning teas which bring people together & facilitate friendships. Love the green open spaces.
Wonderful Atmosphere
5 / 5 ★Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and management, but although management relies on staff to execute action on repairs etc they have been 'missing in action' while our care home has been built. Now our second in command has resigned but there has been no replacement appointed - in our opinion things are slipping. (edited)
Happy residents
5 / 5 ★I have lived happily here for over 10 years. Staff are friendly and responsive. This a lifestyle village so we live independently. Our Residents Association Committee ensure we have a monthly meal, there are social events daily, we are within walking distance from town/movie theatre and entertainment centre. We have a pool and happy residents.

4 / 5 ★Personally with advancing age we do not have any family close by. This really is a factor we should have given more thought to when selecting this residency.
Feeling Fed Up
1 / 5 ★Currently with my lawyer. After 10 and a half years of battle with management, 6 major leaks, two new roofs, a mismanaged break in, a lack of report on asbestos investigation. Through my own fight and tenacity now have in writing - if no sale of villa within two months of vacating Metlifecare will purchase. Currently under work in progress after a year of waiting - three interior walls with cracks in and to say the least I am feeling FED UP.
