4 / 5 ★The working staff are excellent. The management staff come and go [in my experience] and they vary somewhat but they say their door is always open. (eds.)
Very Pleased
4 / 5 ★Generally we have been very pleased with our move to Pinesong. We have a good apartment, extensive views of the Manukau Harbour, plenty of sun and a deck along both sides of our corner apartment. Staff have been helpful when needed and the whole village is under going extensive upgrades and renovations.
Some excellent staff
4 / 5 ★Beautiful environment. Lots of proactive maintenance being caught up with at this time, so not so peaceful right now. Knowledge / care / responsive management varies between staff; some excellent, others less so. Our resident volunteers do a great deal to enrich the lives of other residents.

4 / 5 ★My wife was in the care home part until she died two years ago. Care home is small, but quite good. Plans to expand it in the next year or two. In the general facility things don't always work, but they do generally. Friendly atmosphere.
