Love, Care, Support and Happiness
5 / 5 ★I have had extremely wonderful care for 2 years especially when my husband died here. Excellent. I have had nothing but lots of love, care, support and happiness here. I can't fault the caregiving. A very genteel and gracious place for elderly to live. Treated with dignity.

4 / 5 ★[In my opinion]the wardrobe in my room is far too small & there is no storage. The way the call bell is situated limits where the bed goes. This means the wardrobe door can't be fully opened.

4 / 5 ★Shortly after arriving here, I felt there was very much a segregation between townhouse & serviced apartments. Meals are terrible: boring & repetitive, undernourished, over cooked, not enough green vegetables. Who wants carrot nearly 365 days a year. Not enough variation.

3 / 5 ★I've lived here for nearly six years. I've dietary requirements. I often get given meals that aren't suitable for me. I've very little food to choose from the cafe. There needs to be better communication between staff.
