Excellent care for my wife
5 / 5 ★My wife & I actually involved with [eds] Lions with fund raising before complex even built. Never thought about being our final resting place. [eds] My wife actually died in the dementia ward. But we have no complaints about care as she was looked after extremely well which living her final days in care.

Enjoyable company and pleasant grounds
4 / 5 ★I enjoy the company of other seniors. The grounds are pleasant, requests for help changing light bulbs or other help done with a smile.

4 / 5 ★Very safe environment handy to everything in town. Spacious villas, not too close together. One level villas with garages - many with a buffer of 2 garages between duplex units. Well insulated with woollen batts - older units reinsulated recently. Peacefully situations. Companionship.

3 / 5 ★We love our independent living unit. We enjoy amicable contact with immediate neighbours. We don't feel the need to join happy hours etc but happy to be a part of larger organised functions, meetings etc.
Big Fees Increase Recently
2 / 5 ★Very happy here back in 2003. The last few years have been [challenging]....since 2021 monthly fees have increased 62% to $735.45 per month and [I feel we haven't got anything extra for that increase.] (edited)
