4 / 5 ★Lovely spacious setting, extensive lawns (kept well mown) and gardens. One aspect is lack of footpaths, many residents walk around the village daily - lack of footpaths is a huge fault in the layout of the village [in my opinion]. (eds.)
No 'Cookie Cutter' Designs
4 / 5 ★Privately owned. Multiple villa/townhouse/apartments able to amend design of villa (internal). No "cookie cutter" designs. Established gardens fully grown trees. I haven't given top marks due to fact that no organisation is perfect.

3 / 5 ★I enjoy living in Speldhurst. [I feel] Not everyone is pleasant but overall everybody friendly and polite. Cafe has improved greatly and a nice place to have a coffee/food with family and friends.
