4 / 5 ★I know that I signed for the 30% less than the purchase price at the end of my tenure here, but after 15 years on reflection I now think this is unfair with their (PLS Village) yearly increase in my fees! I live alone and feel that couples get a better deal. Same amount monthly fees.
