5 / 5 ★This has been a great choice for us. We live an independent life in a caring, well-situated and maintained environment. There are options for care/supported living should we need it in the future.

5 / 5 ★I have lived at Village at the Park for 12 years and it suits my requirements very well, particularly because I have been able to continue my activities outside of the village, particularly church related involvement.

4 / 5 ★[In my experience] communication from management is bad and their default position is 'no'. (eds.) Food is ok only. Very repetitive. Staff are excellent. Apartments and villas are very good. We have a good social atmosphere despite some feeling infantilised by management approach.
Dementia unit - disappointing
3 / 5 ★The dementia unit was very good when we came to the Village. In fact, we came to Village at the Park because of the quality reputation that the dementia had. No more!!

It is time that occupiers are given their accurate name 'clients' not the convenient euphemism of 'resident'. That permits the organisation to treat us like dim witted children.
