Overall Happy
5 / 5 ★Overall I am happy with this situation. I feel that when residents move out or die the families should receive the money from the apartment to the family as soon as possible.
The most caring happy place to live
5 / 5 ★The most caring happy place to live. All staff wonderful - friends. We have resident committees - many of them so have both outdoor and indoor activities. Fantastic socials most weekends - monthly barbeques - church meetings - keep fit - pool and gym - art centre - sewing and knitting groups - book club - card clubs - outdoor croquet bowls etc - anything we want. Super close to trains, buses, shopping centre, 2 huge parks, public pools. You name it we've got it.
GOOD LIFESTYLE
4 / 5 ★Constant very loud music in the cafe is not conducive to conversation or concentration when playing cards or having a meal. However I believe this is being dealt with. Manager is very efficient, and also very suited to the position

4 / 5 ★As our village is independent living, any activities have to be organised by the residents committee and social club. Metlife uses the Eco Group and gardeners as advertising fodder but contributes very little. My 1 Star activities rating is because we do our own and the the Metlife Team. Our team get a 5 Star for activities.

3 / 5 ★Unfortunately I can no longer join in activities but earlier on it was a good village to live in.
Staff always helpful
3 / 5 ★The building itself is shoddy - too much interference in ones life by occupants above in particular - not their fault of course. Staff excellent, always helpful and very kind (with very few exceptions but always one or two misfits!)
