Suits me very well
4 / 5 ★The independent living suits me very well and 30mins cleaning a week. No vacuuming for my back. The unique gym facility and good sized pool are the main reason I chose Park Lane. And the inclusive use of the electric car fleet is great value. It's one less essential I'm not responsible for eg no registration, maintenance, refuelling, insurance of a car. Also the 7 days a week buffet breakfast available from 7.30-9.30 is a great start to my day. And Happy Hour and dinner on Fridays - great value.

4 / 5 ★Love living here but am fully independent. Believe management do not the power required to ensure issues are handled and grievances don't become major issues of conflict. Lack of consistency in all matters.

3 / 5 ★Unfortunately Arvida management at times appear to not really listen to residents. And only want things their way, with very little discussion. Things take forever to get done, thankfully our committee keep plugging away.

2 / 5 ★1. Staff (cleaners) are excellent. 2. Other residents enjoyable. 3. Physical environment very comfortable. 4. Elec cars are brilliant. 5. Staff need significant training in the principles of Independent Living and Rights - tend to institutionalise residents (issues of control). 6. Management are very limited in experience of running this Village.
