Small Village
5 / 5 ★The management always listen to our concerns and swiftly act on them. My husband and I lived in a house on the side of a hill in Island Bay. We could drive up to the 2 car garage but getting down to my front garden was difficult. We had 3 lawns to mow - it just got too difficult for us. I was happy to sell to a young husband, wife and 2 children. It was a great home for a family.

4 / 5 ★Although very happy here, there are problems meaning I could not recommend this village at the moment. Serious staff reductions mean cleaning, responsive management & caring staff are no longer as they should be.
