3 / 5 ★Management could be more accommodating in making villagers feel more welcome rather than a burden when requests are made. I know some people can be unreasonable in their requests but please do not make them feel like they are just money making machines.

1 / 5 ★Manage need to realise that owning a retirement village means they are dealing with elderly and they need to be more aware of their needs as they age, I.e. ability as they cannot drive anymore to have access to transport facilities. <br />
Also the need to upgrade recreation facilities to be big enough to hold all residents and some outdoor activities like bowls pétanque etc.

1 / 5 ★Total lack of village facilities and ever increasing weekly fees. Recreation Centre not fit for purpose that legally is not large enough to even hold meetings with ALL residents. Inaptly named as a 'resort' as definition of resort - facility with at least a pool etc.
