Alpine View Retirement & Lifestyle Village has recently opened its new Alpine View Lodge and Serviced Apartment Complex. Their website states that the lodge has two large lounges (plus associated communal areas), a large atrium (with skylights), medical centre, restaurant, library, hair dressing salon, cafe, bar, billiards table, movie theatre, chapel, indoor swimming pool and spa. You can be involved in as little or as much, with regular events organised by the villages activities co-ordinators.

5 / 5 ★As Alpine View has now been going some years, maybe the Lodge and bar, Cafe and restaurant could do with a revamp in lighter colours.
I can thoroughly recommend the lifestyle here
5 / 5 ★I think there must be a time limit of between 3 and 4 months for money to be paid out when you vacate the village. Otherwise I am happy.

4 / 5 ★The village has a new manager but suspect the friendly atmosphere will be lost. My major concern is the buy back period. Especially when new villages are being promoted at a similar buyer cost to Alpine View buy in cost.
